The Robot PortaTable 130 features an integrated UR10e collaborative robot, designed for safe, side-by-side operation with human workers. Fully compatible with Zünd software, it ensures smooth communication for automated material handling in digital cutting environments.

Suction Cup Gripper

The durable suction cup gripper includes 16 suction cups, allowing it to pick objects ranging from 50x50mm to 400x500mm, depending on substrate and application needs. This ensures flexibility across different production materials.

Quick Laser Pointer Alignment for Easy Reconnection

With built-in laser pointer alignment, the Robot PortaTable 130 quickly reconnects to multiple cutters without requiring time-consuming reprogramming or recalibration.

Easily Move Between Multiple Cutters

The portable design allows operators to roll the Robot PortaTable 130 to different cutters, aligning it with built-in laser pointers for precise positioning. Simply place laser point stickers on the floor for consistent alignment.

Pick and sort in boxes

Take advantage of the automated sorting functionality, featuring predefined stack layouts for efficient workflow management. Choose to stack directly on the table or drop materials into bins. Clear table markings indicate optimal bin placement for streamlined operations.

Red marking: 10 stacks on table / small boxes.
Green marking: 4 stacks on table / big boxes.
Blue marking: 2 stacks on table

Poster picking

With the poster gripper, rows of poster can easily be picked form the cutter, and stacked directly on the table.

Load and unload with the loading tray

Utilize the table as an all-in-one solution for both loading and unloading through its integrated loading tray feature. The tilted loading tray guarantees precise alignment of the stack of sheets.

Load directly from pallet

Use PortaTable to load material directly from pallet to table. Depending on material thickness, the tilt of the gripper can be adjusted.

Pick to pallet or roller-table

Robot PortaTable can be set up to stack posters onto a roller table or directly onto a pallet.

Powerful grippers

Multiple grippers are available for different applications. Each gripper comes with a quick-connector for easy changeover.

Cup Gripper 3036 (standard)

The Cup Gripper 3036 has 16 suction cups in a matrix of 4 x 4. This standard gripper is suitable for both loading and unloading. Suction cups are individually activated for optimal picking.

Cup Gripper 6140

The Cup Gripper 6140 is a suction gripper with 10 suction cups placed on a straight line. The gripper is ideal for unloading poster prints on rolls up to 1600 mm width. The full roll width is unloaded in one movement whether being one large poster or several smaller ones.

Pinch Gripper 3036

The pinch gripper 3036 is ideal for picking fabrics and textiles from rolls. The pieces can then be sorted or kitted into boxes. Each pinch-gripper is activated individually for optimal picking.

The Cup Gripper 2962C is specifically designed for handling small and delicate items down to 1,5 cm! Whether you’re working with rolls or sheets, this innovative gripper picks items neatly nested in rows.
The gripper has two rows of each 16 cups, one fixed master row, and one adjustable ”slave” row. Each cup is manually sideways adjustable, allowing you to customize its placement to match your row pattern.
